Installation and Maintenance

Installation

Excavate a straight trench with the required fall (slope) for drainage.
Prepare a solid,level sub-base (e.g.,lean concrete) to support the channel.
Assemble and place the HDPE channel sections into the trench,ensuring they are level and aligned.
Surround the channel with concrete for lateral support,leaving the top opening clear.
Once the concrete sets,place the pre-selected metal slot grate into the channel's mounting frame.
Complete the final paving up to the edges of the grate.

Maintenance
